Delivery of products:
Rosiir delivers all products as much as possible from its own stock. When in stock: delivery within 1 to 3 working days depending on the country.
Parcel delivery within the EU is done by GLS. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. GLS delivers 99.5% the next working day in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and a large part of Germany.
For the other countries the following lead times apply:

Denmark: 48 hours

Shipments for non-EU countries are sent via Post.nl or DHL.
The lead times for this vary between 48 hours and 72 hours for the Far East and other overseas countries.
On occasion we may have to switch to an alternative delivery. In that case, delivery times will vary slightly from the above. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.
