The 6d Energy Gel

The 6d Energy Gel is a compact gel with a thicker texture. The intake of additional water is recommended for rapid absorption. Thanks to its glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1 and the addition of sodium, this gel is the ideal choice for efforts of longer duration (>2 hours), especially in hot weather.

Recommended use

Use 1-3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise.

Because of the high concentration of carbohydrates (sugars) and sodium, it is recommended to always use the 6d ENERGY GEL in combination with water. This guarantees proper absorption and minimises the risk of gastrointestinal problems.
