Flexible material which you can stick to those areas that cause friction. Can be cut to size for any purpose. Think of places/edges of your wetsuit, shoes, helmet. In short, any place where your body comes in contact with something that causes friction. You actually put an extra layer on your skin (ReSkin) so your skin is no longer stressed.

And after the race, or after wearing new shoes or.... you just rinse it out, let it dry and you can use it again next time.
